We are working with a growing shipping and logistics business in Bolton that is looking to bring in a Junior AEs to join their team.

This is a fantastic entry point into a high earning sales career. No previous experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and drive to succeed.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing deals and building long term client relationships.

• Identifying and reaching out to new business prospects
• Building strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Managing the full sales process from lead generation to close
• Understanding client needs and presenting tailored logistics solutions
• Negotiating and closing deals with confidence
• Maintaining accurate records of your activity and pipeline
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Confident and clear communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to build rapport
• Motivated, target driven, and resilient
• Eager to learn and develop in a sales environment
• Able to manage your own workload and priorities
• Full driving licence is ideal

• £35,000 basic salary
• Realistic on target earnings of £35,000 to £45,000
