Do you have experience delivering housing services, managing accommodation services or supporting complex housing cases within social housing? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Alternative Accommodation Manager to lead services that help residents access safe and suitable housing solutions. You'll oversee alternative accommodation, decants, management moves and rightsizing services, working with residents, colleagues and external partners to deliver positive housing outcomes. Experience with in housing management, temporary accommodation, supported housing, resident services, neighbourhood services or similar customer-focused housing services would be advantageous.

• Leading the delivery of alternative accommodation, decant and rehousing services for residents requiring temporary or permanent housing solutions.
