We are looking for a proactive Scheme Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operation of one of our Later Living schemes. What do our Scheme Coordinator’s do;
  • Deliver high-quality housing management services, including allocations, lettings, tenancy sign-ups, void management, arrears monitoring, and supporting customers to maximise their income.

  • Ensure the scheme remains safe, compliant, and well maintained through risk assessments, health and safety inspections, building checks, repairs management, and accurate record keeping.

  • Provide excellent customer support by carrying out daily wellbeing checks, responding to emergencies, offering advice and guidance, and working closely with external agencies to support tenant welfare and safeguarding.

  • Build strong partnerships with colleagues, contractors, community organisations, and funding bodies, while organising social activities and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

  • Lead and develop the scheme team through effective supervision, coaching, recruitment, communication, and performance management, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for;

As this job is based in a supported housing project for vulnerable adults, an enhanced criminal records background check (free of charge to you) is required. A criminal conviction does not necessarily stop you from working with us.

We offer a range of great benefits including:

  • Enhanced sick pay with up to 3 months full pay and 3 months half pay

  • Health and Wellbeing Support including an employee assistance programme, free counselling, mental health first aiders and numerous wellbeing initiatives

  • Life assurance subject to being a member of our company pension scheme.

  • Learning and development to support you to develop the skills you need to fulfil your role and progress in your career
