Living Plus is seeking a Housing & Wellbeing Advisor to support older people across 3 Later Life Living services in Farnworth and Horwich. You will build relationships with customers, families and partners, coordinate support services and promote community engagement to reduce isolation.
You will manage tenancy sustainment, lettings, rent and service charge administration, and work with contractors to ensure a safe, high-quality environment. This fixed-term role runs to 31st March 2027.
