Software Development Team Lead

We’re looking for a Software Development Team Lead who’s as passionate about building brilliant software as they are about building brilliant teams. You’ll be the spark that keeps your engineers energised, empowered and always learning.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the team, making sure everyone feels right at home, can be themselves and do their best work (extra kudos if you bring the biscuits!). You’ll lead from the front, whether it’s pair programming, mobbing or just rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. Setting a clear technical direction is your thing, but you never forget to keep things lively.

You’ll coach your team to take ownership, make decisions and celebrate every win - big or small. Collaboration is your superpower, so you’ll work closely with other teams to make sure we’re all winning together. Supporting your engineers’ growth is a top priority, from helping them develop their careers to finding their next big challenge.

Collaborative by nature, with a knack for bringing people together across teams

Passionate about coaching, mentoring and supporting team growth

Able to guide technical discussions and make architectural decisions

Comfortable with modern development tools, version control and CI/CD pipelines

Deep understanding of modern .NET architecture and best practices

Strong background in software engineering, with experience across multiple languages and frameworks

Skilled in pair programming, mobbing and hands-on coding

Confident in setting technical direction and inspiring others to follow

Experienced in leading software development teams and creating a positive, inclusive environment
