Job descriptionHGV Staffing are looking for a HGV 2 Day driver on behalf of our client based in Farnworth.
The successful applicant will hold a valid HGV 2 (C) licence and be able to manage the loads effectively. On Sunday there are two small collections and then collecting the cream cakes from the bakery. Monday is just collecting the cream cakes. This role suits a semi‑retired driver who is only looking for two days per week of ongoing work.
Sunday and Monday – start 0700/0800.
Paid weekly and holidays are accrued separately.
Requirements- HGV 2 (C) licence
- New passes welcome
- Excellent customer service
- Must have a valid CPC qualification
- Must have a valid Digi Tacho Card
- No more than 6 points on licence
- No DD, DR or IN10 endorsements
- Available to start immediately
