Class 2 Driver​/Operator

Salary

£37,000 plus night out allowance

Monday to Friday, typically 4-5am start to 3-4pm finish. Flexible as needed. Occasional overnight work up to 3 nights a week may be required, with notice given.

Valid Class 2 license, up-to-date CPC and at least 2 years of driver Class 2 experience. Must be able to complete multiple drops, including no less than 10 drops per day, delivering to external customers such as suppliers and wholesalers.

• Regular scheduled deliveries to the company's wholesale customer base (average 12‑15 drops per day)
• Goods Vehicle Operation / Delivery Driving / FLT Operation
• Occasional picking and packing of orders to meet customer demands
• Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles and ensuring timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Operate safely within a Warehouse/Fleet environment

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Driver Class 2 role
• Ability to work within the given time frames to meet customer demands
• Physical and mental aptitude for manual / mechanical work
• Manual Handling experience
• Ability to use IT databases / keyboard skills
• Fork Lift Truck Licence / Experience (Training will be provided)
• Clean UK driving licence / Class 2
