About the Role

Here at GXO Logistics Bolton we are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our transport team, working in partnership with our customer, Currys. You will be part of a crew that is with you every step of the journey, supporting you on the road and beyond.
You will be working on a full-time
, permanent basis, on a 5 on 3 off pattern, with a start time window of 16:00 to 22:00
, contracted to 48 hours per week.

- Deliver goods using single and double deck lorries to retail stores and customer premises nationwide, working efficiently to complete scheduled drops.
- Complete 2 to 3 deliveries per day, transporting both palletised and free‑standing goods.
- Safely unload goods upon arrival at each delivery destination with assistance provided for two‑person lifts where required.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner while ensuring required documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
- Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards.
- No more than 6 current penalty points.
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements.
- Previous experience driving category C+E vehicles is desirable.
