We are seeking a professional Class 2 (HGV
2) Driver to join our clients team in Bolton on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in commercial driving, with a focus on delivery services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for drivers with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The position involves operating flatbed lorries and ensuring timely deliveries across designated routes, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics team.

• Safely operate Class 2 Gully wagons with full training provided
• CSCS card is preffered but not required
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with legal requirements
• Will be required to use a digital platform tablet to record information at each gully location
• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies during driving and delivery tasks
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with the dispatch team
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management for resolution.

• 2 years Proven experience as a commercial driver, particularly with flatbed lorries or similar vehicles
• Valid Category C (Class
  2) driving licence with no restrictions
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks such
• Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Prior experience with delivery routes in the Bolton area is advantageous but not essential
