The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence to join a well-established warehouse operation based in Bolton (BL5).

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values teamwork, safety, and career development.

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT
• Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Receiving, checking and dispatching goods accurately
• Assisting with WEEE processing and general warehouse duties
• Maintaining accurate stock records and completing paperwork
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting colleagues to achieve warehouse targets
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
• Experience using manual handling equipment
• Basic PC skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of KPIs and service levels (advantageous)
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
