The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well-established warehouse operation based in Bolton (BL5).

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values teamwork, safety, and career development.

🔧 Key

Duties Include:

✅ Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse

✅ Receiving, checking and dispatching goods accurately

✅ Assisting with WEEE processing and general warehouse duties

✅ Maintaining accurate stock records and completing paperwork 📝

✅ Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures ⚠️

✅ Supporting colleagues to achieve warehouse targets 📈

✅ Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe 🧹

🎯

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Previous warehouse experience

✔️ Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures

✔️ Experience using manual handling equipment

✔️ Basic PC skills 💻

✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills 🤝

✔️ Understanding of KPIs and service levels (advantageous)

✔️ Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment 💪
