Yard Operative to join our client, one of the UK's leading bathroom manufacturers and retailers, based in Bolton (BL3).

Supplying high-quality bathroom products to customers across the UK, our client is continuing to grow and is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to support the day-to-day yard operations of their busy site. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary to permanent position with genuine long-term career prospects within a well-established and successful business.

As a Yard Operative, you'll play an important role in supporting the site's operations by repairing and restoring wooden pallets, loading and unloading vehicles, carrying out routine safety checks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard.

This is hands-on role that involves working outdoors throughout the year, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy practical work and don't mind working in all weather conditions.

• Repairing and restoring wooden pallets using hand tools
• Inspecting pallets and carrying out routine safety checks
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a busy team to achieve daily operational targets

• Previous experience in a yard or similar environment is essential
• Experience using hand tools would be an advantage
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual approach
