More than 2,400 professionals from businesses, research centres, and universities work within the park. NOI S.p.A. is the public company that develops and manages this ecosystem, promoting the development and application of innovative technologies in the sectors of green, food &health, digital, and automotive & automation.

To strengthen the Green department, we are looking for a technical expert with experience and interest in innovation to join us in the field of “Sustainable Buildings & Districts,” which, together with “Energy Systems” and “Water Technologies,” represents one of our key focus areas.

Within the scope of our three core services:

R&D Consulting

Networking & Cooperation

Know-how Transfer Event

You will in particular be responsible for:

Contributing to the development of R&D projects and funded project proposals

Participating in pilot projects

Analyzing companies’ technological needs

Supporting the development of innovative solutions

Evaluating emerging technologies

Facilitating and initiating collaborations between companies, research centers, and startups

Carrying out consulting activities, technology scouting, and trend analysis

Organizing technology-related events

You are the ideal candidate if you:

hold a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field;

have professional experience in the field of sustainability in construction;

have project management skills;

demonstrate adaptability, teamwork skills, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently;

have an excellent command of German and Italian and a good knowledge of English.
