Full Timeacute Permanent For a leading multinational manufacturing company with an international, multi-plant organization, we are recruiting a Financial Controller to join the Headquarters in Bolzano.
Responsibilities The Candidate will join the Finance Team, taking on a key role within the Financial Controlling function and supporting the team in the following activities:
Monitoring business profitability by market and product;
Supporting month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities, with a particular focus on the analysis of commercial and financial performance;
Preparing and analysing project financials, ensuring consistency with budget and profitability targets;
Monitoring KPIs related to project execution, identifying deviations and assessing their financial impact;
Supporting the preparation of Business Plans for new tenders, from data collection and financial analysis to the preparation of reporting packages for Senior Management;
Providing accurate financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
Your Profile Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, etc Proficiency in all MS Office applications with excellent skills in Excel and Power Point Advanced level of English (B2)
Previous experience in Financial Controlling, Auditing/Consulting, or cross-functional Finance roles with exposure to both accounting and controlling activities.
