Technical Account Manager- Cyber Security

Experteer Overview  In this role, you will promote Arrow ECS offerings to partners and build technical capabilities through vendor certifications. You’ll deliver trainings, demos, PoCs, and technical guidance to customers while supporting internal teams. You will engage in partner visits, events, and ongoing skills development, contributing to a collaborative, cross‑functional sales‑engineering dynamic. The position emphasizes hands‑on networking, storage, and security skills with a focus on F5‑related technologies and partner enablement.

Obtain vendor certifications and expand technical skills
Deliver trainings, webinars, product demos, and Po Cs
Conduct customer visits (virtual and onsite) with sales colleagues
Develop offers for clients and answer technical questions
Manage customer support cases using the ticketing system
Stay updated with the latest technologies through ongoing training
Support multiple customers per BU needs and enable partners
Participate in technology fairs and events
Responsabilità   

Experience with Network and Storage vendors
Experience in IT tech, especially Network and Cyber Security
Knowledge of F5 Networks products/services is a plus
Experience in technical presentations, demos, PoCs, and trainings
Experience interacting with technical stakeholders and channel business
Strong communication skills and workload prioritization
Italian and English language proficiency
Willingness to travel
Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer science
