Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time coach who will be a driving force behind our growth and our clients' results. As a coach, you will be responsible for coaching classes, monitoring clients' success, and bringing in new clients (with resources we provide).

Our goal is to be the number one strength and conditioning fitness studio in Midlothian/Chesterfield and we are in the process of opening another location.

This role could become full-time for the right person.

Our programs range from short-term to long-term, and we have clients who have been with us for up to 2 years because of our supportive environment.

You will not have to work split shifts, such as waking up at 4 am for 5 am classes and ending your day at 8 pm. We prioritize work-life balance while making a significant community impact.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching up to 3 sessions per day
• Providing excellent service and maintaining high customer experience standards
• Conducting high-energy, detailed training sessions that showcase our program's value
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding them through their fitness journey
• Meeting and exceeding targets by driving client satisfaction and seeking new growth opportunities
• Staying informed about industry trends, our products, and competitors to deliver exceptional value
• Willingness to learn sales techniques to attract new members and positively change lives

• Passion for working in a results-driven fitness environment
• High energy and enthusiasm during sessions and team interactions

• Ability to connect intelligently with clients
• Previous fitness experience (not mandatory)
• Desire to push your potential limits

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
