We are searching for a Product Engineer - Product Development & Testing in Bonham, TX to work for a custom manufacturing company. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years of experience with R&D and product testing. Experience with in the Division 8 construction industry is preferred.
This is a direct hire role with great benefits (100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc.).

- Develop new door and architectural opening systems from concept through production.
- Create and refine product designs, assemblies, components, and mechanisms.
- Develop test plans and conduct functional, cycle, load, environmental, safety, and performance testing.
- Document test methods, results, failures, conclusions, and recommended design changes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues using structured root-cause analysis.
- Improve existing products for performance, reliability, manufacturability, installation, serviceability, cost, and safety.
- Experience level:
Experienced - Minimum 2 years of experience
