Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients under a licensed PT’s direction while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients, following physical therapy principles and company guidelines.
- Optimise functional abilities and skills of patients.
- Build a strong physical therapy program.
- Enhance clinical expertise via management, peers, and continuing education.
- Maintain a valid state license and stay informed about professional issues.
- Understand billing and payment models and ensure clinically appropriate delivery within guidelines.
- Comply with infection control and environmental safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively in English.
