Responsibilities

PRN Registered Nurse (RN) position at TMC Bonham Hospital. Offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime and shift coverage. The hospital is a 25‑bed critical access facility providing inpatient, outpatient, and 24‑hour emergency services.

The basic purpose of nursing is to provide safe, competent care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Nurses lead and support the healthcare team and deliver patient‑centered care with a focus on quality and safety.

Registered Nurse (RN) job requirements:

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full‑time experience in an acute ED setting.
• AHA BLS on hire, ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC required within 12 months.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
