Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved LVN program and possess a current, active, and unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice. Requires strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, along with knowledge of long-term care nursing practices and regulations. Must demonstrate professionalism, leadership, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.

Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Must be adaptable, able to manage the emotional demands of the position, and willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and on-call shifts as needed.
