Account Manager

Description We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to support client relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service for a growing organization in Florida. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays highly organized, and takes pride in producing accurate work. The role combines day-to-day client support, careful document handling, and responsive follow-up to help maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients by providing timely, attentive support.

- Request additional details or clarification from clients when information is incomplete or unclear.

- Review documents, reports, and related materials carefully to ensure accuracy before submission.

- Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets used for client tracking, reporting, and account support activities.

- Manage email communication and Outlook correspondence in a clear, organized, and service-focused manner.

- Address client concerns promptly and elevate unresolved issues or formal complaints to management when appropriate.

- Coordinate multiple account-related tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Requirements

- Prior experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

- Experience creating, updating, and managing spreadsheets, including more detailed or complex worksheet tasks.

- High level of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

- Detail-oriented approach and ability to follow through on client requests effectively.

- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
