When you join Inception Plumbing, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, customer‑focused team. Your role will involve diagnosing, servicing, replacing, and maintaining both commercial and residential plumbing systems, appliances, fixtures, and drains. You’ll also deliver excellent customer service to earn positive reviews and contribute to lifelong relationships with customers.
Schedule & Benefits• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays – off, no on‑call duty
• Competitive salary: $60,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and performance

- Diagnose plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and replacements of plumbing systems, appliances, fixtures, and drains
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand problems and provide solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to company standards
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (new installation, remodel, and/or service)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a Class E driver’s license via a DOT physical
- Willingness to complete background checks and drug testing
- Proficiency with a tablet for job reporting and scheduling
