We are looking for 2 full time physicians who want to work 12 hour shifts in the Puget Sound area. Full time is 9
-12 hr shifts minimum at the off‑campus EDs and 3 8‑hour shifts at the licensed, high-acuity hospital, that leaves 18 days to enjoy the mountains, the Sound and everything else the area has to offer. Part time also available. $260-285/hr plus potential bonuses.
Our 3 off‑campus sites are staffed by board‑certified EM physicians, with 24‑40 hours of daily coverage by a very talented group of APPs. Acuity is low with 5‑8% admit rate. 1.5‑2 pph avg. Hospital shifts are optional and high acuity.
Our facilities are owned by a very large health‑care system ensuring transfer‑center help as well as a robust specialty call schedule.
The model is as an independent contractor, with occurrence malpractice paid for by the physician‑owned group that is contracted with the healthcare system.
Each site has lab, CT and Xray and US 24/7.
We are busy, but we have a great group of professionals who provide excellent care.
