The Housekeeping Aide plays an essential role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the community. This position performs daily housekeeping and laundry services within a retirement community, including skilled nursing, memory care, catered living, assisted living, and independent living. Your work has a direct impact on how residents experience their home—and how they feel living in it.

• Sanitize, clean, vacuum, and maintain public and residential living areas to support a safe and welcoming environment.
• Your attention to detail and commitment to care help residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
• Make beds, empty waste baskets, and dust to ensure residents feel comfortable in their personal spaces.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver laundry with care and respect for residents’ belongings.
• Inventory and maintain supplies, storage areas, and equipment in a secure, safe, and organized manner.
• Assist in preparing residential units for new occupants, helping them feel at home from day one.

• A service-oriented approach to work and a genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Willingness to perform work that may be physically demanding.
