Join Tarragon Property Services as a Maintenance Supervisor at Renwood Apartment Homes and elevate your career in real estate. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of systems to keep our tenants comfortable and satisfied.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Rotating on‑call hotline.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage of $32–$37.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the property’s computer tracking system.
  • Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key/handy track system.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend budgets.
  • Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and relevant local housing provisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Required licenses: current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Preferred certifications include: EPA certification (Type I and II), HVAC certification, CPO certification (pool), and other licenses or certifications required by state law.
