Generations Home Care is currently seeking quality CNA/HCA's to join our team in providing home care services to our clients in the Tacoma, Washington area and throughout Pierce County. As a CNA/HCA with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by assisting them with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being.

This is a variable hour position, with opportunities for part time or full-time work depending on performance, client requests and availability.

Our Tacoma office serves all of Pierce County, along with Federal Way, Auburn, Lacey, and the surrounding areas.

• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming for our clients
• Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other household tasks
• Assist with mobility and transfers (e.g. using Hoyer lifts, transferring from bed to chair, etc.)
• Reminding to take medications Plains as prescribed by the client's physician, following proper procedures and protocols
• Document all client care activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure the best quality of care for our clients
• Use of agency technology for monitoring time andесс productivity (app based clocking in and out, task tracking, etc.)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients, following infection control and safety protocols
• Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviors at all times while providing care to our clients

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington or the ability to earn one within 200 days of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification or ability to earn certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Kindness and care are the top priority

• Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
