Hourly pay: $17.13 to $19.13 depending on skills and experience. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

Part‑Time position with variable schedule. Average weekly hours: 2-4 hours per week. Availability required the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

You’ll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. This role has three major components:

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory. Use technology for communication, reporting time, feedback, and surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: Additional days and extended hours during peak holidays. May be required to work on actual holiday dates, including weekends.
• Department Resets: Participate in installations and tasks such as building fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: Support other team members within the field organization network.

This physically demanding job requires pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, up to 50 pounds on occasion. Requires kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs and ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret data.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
