Manpower UK seeks a Food Production Operative in Bonnyrigg for a temporary, dayshift placement. Working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30, you will receive up to £12.75 per hour with weekly pay. This hands£on position involves line work, packing, and sorting items to meet production targets. You will also handle general factory duties, ensuring output remains steady while strictly following food hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
Prior experience is helpful but not essential; reliability and attention to detail matter most. Consistent hours and long-term potential exist for those who perform well.

Key Responsibilities- Working on the production line to pack, sort and prepare products
- Picking and packing items to meet daily targets
- Following food hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times
- Carrying out basic checks on products and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Assisting with general factory duties as required
- Working as part of a team to ensure steady production flow
- Previous food production or factory experience advantageous but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast£paced environment
- Own transport advantageous due to location
