Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, but working fewer hours (minimum 12) is also possible.

We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows above. You will receive at least three weeks notice of your exact shifts. We are happy to support flexibility if your preferred times closely match the advertised windows.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week; 16 guaranteed hours per week.
• Must be available during the specified availability windows (Wed–Fri, 12:00–18:00).
• For positions that require working before 6:15 a.m. or after 9:45 p.m., or in certain areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine and spirits, counters, bakery, or driving roles, candidates must be over 18.
