Our Customer Support Coordinators keep the day running smooth at Mid-Iowa Distributing. You will talk with customers, answer questions, and make each interaction feel clear and welcoming. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things organized, this is a solid place to build confidence and grow.
What you will do- Provide updates, confirm appointments, and follow up with customers
- Learn our cleaning product line so you can guide customers with confidence
- Keep records accurate and support daily office duties
- Help create a friendly environment for customers and team members
- Communicate clearly with the team to keep the day on track
- No experience required
- Full-time schedule (Monday through Saturday)
