Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities in long-term care settings. This position offers a chance to work within nursing homes, providing essential medical care to residents.

Schedule

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Total

Hours:

37.5 hours per week
Required Break: 30 minutes per shift
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Availability:
Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
Utilize paper Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Treatment Administration Records (TARs)
Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a nursing home setting
Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN or RN licensure
Experience in long-term care facilities preferred
Must have proficiency in PCC charting
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks and provide care independently

Location
