• Conduct client tax interviews face‑to‑face or via virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, or email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Collaborate with the office team to support priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly during the tax season, up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education preferred.
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.

• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Comfort working with virtual tools—including video, phone, and chat.
