Location: Boone, NC.
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
Title Clerk / Administrative Support role responsible for maintaining filing systems, processing transactions, managing telephone and mail, and supporting the Business Manager in an automotive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Be polite and friendly; greet customers promptly.
- Devise, implement, and monitor a filing system for all accounting reports.
- Organize and oversee all transactions.
- Supervise accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt payments and proper filing.
- Be polite and prompt on the telephone; document messages and ensure appropriate employees receive them.
- Deal with customer complaints quickly and accurately convey status.
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring timely replacements and preventing shortages.
- Ensure a clean, amiable, and efficient office environment.
- Receive and manage the mail, safeguarding it.
- Keep vehicle inventory up-to-date and manage sold vehicle paperwork.
- Oversee payment for sold vehicles and trade acceptance purchases.
- Ensure telephone is answered promptly and messages are delivered professionally.
- Assist the Business Manager with typing and other tasks as requested.
- Assist in any duties needed to help with workflow.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

- Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
- Spend time indoors in air‑conditioned areas.
- Sitting for prolonged periods.
