Summary:

The Facility is located in Boone, NC. The facility is looking for candidates who can

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients experiencing acute or chronic pain, including taking medical history and performing physical exams.
• Develop and implement personalized pain management plans, utilizing a combination of medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, prescriptions, and progress notes.

Qualification:

• Must have obtained an MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program.
• Minimum one year of experience is required.
• Licensure, registry required:
  State of North Carolina and Federal DEA Certification:
  Valid Medical License.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS/ACLS Certified.
