Family Practice - OB Physician

• Openings include Core Faculty or OB Faculty positions and two outpatient-only
• Faculty positions include inpatient and academic responsibilities with protected teaching time
• OB Faculty role available for those with procedural experience or fellowship training
• Outpatient sites equipped with ultrasound, x-ray, and Epic EMR

• Faculty track: 70% clinical / 30% academic with 1 inpatient week every other month
• Outpatient roles: 4.5-day workweek with no call or inpatient duties
• OB and inpatient call limited to faculty rotation
• Strong institutional support for physician autonomy and teaching style

• Outpatient: $270,000-$300,000 base + RVU bonus
• Faculty: $220,000-$230,000 base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 6 weeks PTO (includes CME) and $4,000 CME stipend
• Eligible for state loan repayment programs

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Open to physicians interested in OB, core teaching, or outpatient continuity
• OB Faculty: fellowship-trained or experienced in maternity care with surgical skills
• Strong commitment to rural care and resident education
