Hematology​/Oncology Physician

A not-for-profit healthcare system in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina seeks a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist with excellent quality of life in an outpatient-only practice setting with no competition in the market.

Practice Highlights

• Joining a team of 4 providers - 1 Hem/Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners
• Average 14-16 patients/day (70% oncology/30% hematology)
• Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Breast Surgeon on-site
• NO inpatient responsibilities - Nurse Practitioners handle all inpatient consults
• Phone call (very minimal)
• EPIC EMR
• Active clinical trials (UNC affiliate)

Compensation and Benefits

• Base compensation $475,000-$500,000 based on experience + Production
• $50,000-$75,000 Signing Bonus
• $4,000 CME
• Six weeks PTO
