Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Donation and Data Processor to join our Mail and Data Processing team at our International Headquarters located in Boone, NC. This team plays a vital role in our mission of taking the good news of the gospel to the ends of the earth by processing donations, preparing receipts and acknowledgement letters, and corresponding with donors.

A day in the life of a Donation and Data Processor:

We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of Donation and Data Processor
, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Sort and process donations made via check, cash, or credit card
• Verify checks and corresponding response devises for accuracy
• Assist with quality checks of web import accounts and imported card requests
• Maintain a high level of database accuracy
• Assist with keying electronic transactions
• Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Ability to work with accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality to maintain positive donor relationships
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing processes, procedures, workload and database changes
• Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Job Location: Boone, NC

Type: Part-time - 24 hours/week (remote work is not an option)

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required)
