Join our dedicated urgent care team in Boone, North Carolina! We?re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

• Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and collect thorough patient histories, including medications and allergies.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, ensuring accurate documentation and timely progress notes.
• Administer and oversee minor urgent care procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care, etc.).
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to deliver team-based care.
• Counsel patients, provide referrals when necessary, and support continuity of care.

• Proficiency in urgent care procedures and medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols while maintaining flexibility in a busy environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to all licensure requirements.

• Master?s Degree from an accredited PA or Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active and unrestricted North Carolina NP or PA license

• Current BLS required;
  ACLS and PALS strongly preferred.
• Valid NC driver?s license and proficiency with EMR systems.
