• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• ADN, BSN, MSN, or LPN certification from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred (training available).
• Compassion, adaptability, and desire to grow professionally in hospice care.

• Provide high-quality bedside care and symptom management for hospice patients.
• Educate and support patients and families through individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and implement the plan of care.
• Utilize technology to enhance care coordination and communication.
