Team Leader at Carrols Corporation
Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants. We are looking for energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our fast‑paced team.
Responsibilities- Serve burgers to customers and operate the cash register.
- Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and manage payments.
- Prepare and package food and drinks, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restroom.
- Assist customers with questions and resolve issues as needed.
- Ensure the restaurant meets safety and health standards.
- Minimum age 16 years old.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team.
- Physical ability to stand for several hours, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop and reach frequently.
- Good communication and reading skills; manual dexterity for handling equipment.
