Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Come Back Shack is a small business in Charleston, SC. We are supportive, fun, fast-paced, and our goal is to be the #1 Quick Serve Restaurant to work at in the Low Country!

Come Back Shack Team Members Expectations:

• A positive attitude is THE most important thing we look for
• We also love high energy and good teamwork
• May work in any and all aspects of the restaurant from taking orders and customer service to food prep, cooking, and cleaning

Pay Rates Based on Availability and

Experience:

• High School/First Job: $12 - $13
• Part Time: $13 - $14
• Full-Time with Restrictions: $14 - $15
• Part-Time Closer: $15*
• Full-Time Closing Availability: $16*
• Full-Time No Restrictions: $16

* Earn +$5/hr on every closing shift starting at 8PM until you are finished (typically between 11PM-12AM).

* Earn +2/hr on every Saturday and Sunday shift.
