• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Experience with cash transactions.
• Full service bar experience (beer, wine, and liquor).
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
• ABC Commission Online Seller-Server Training Program (may complete once hired).

• Set up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of all wines, liquors, and beers.
• Greets guests and maintains a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Takes orders and checks back with customers.
• Maintains clean and professional appearance throughout the shift.
• Collect correct payment for sales.

• Prior bartender experience.
• ABC Commission Online Seller-Server Training Program.

• Will work catering functions as needed.
• Times and days vary.
• Number of Hours Per Week varies.
• Number of Months Per Year 11.

Pay will be commensurate with applicant competencies, budget, equity and market considerations.
Stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift at least 50 lbs independently.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
