• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching.
• Experience in employee retention, development, and empowerment.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty program promotion skills.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; experience in retail management a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
