• Merchandise brands in a variety of categories
• Variety of job tasks, no repetitive work
• Independence in day‑to‑day work
• Training and certification provided by retail experts

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor
• Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find needed items
• Front‑face products to make sure product shelves look their best
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store
• Install and place promotional materials per instructions
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on mobile device while completing work
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s)
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get job done
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text

• Own your store(s); be Premium’s face in Walmart stores
• Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart family
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members
• Leverage support and share best practices through national closed social media groups and other channels
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed
• Complete work within provided timeframe
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy on first attempt
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Report work the same day completed

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area
• Smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo upload
