Bost, Inc. is seeking an energetic and compassionate RN to join our team and develop positive interpersonal relationships with individuals with disabilities who reside and work at our ICFs, waiver, and ADC programs in Arkansas. Eight‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays are required for full‑time positions. Under the supervision of a Director of Nursing (DON), the RN performs delegated tasks within the standards and scope of nursing practice.

• Administer medications, monthly injections, and observe, record, and report the resident’s condition and reaction to medications.
• Assist with completing quarterly physical assessments.
• Follow protocols for drug regimen for each resident as developed by interdisciplinary team.
• Report seizure activity and follow the seizure protocol to ensure safety during seizures.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Arkansas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Energetic, compassionate, and able to build positive interpersonal relationships.

Pay Rate: TBD.
