Customer Service Rep (04964) – 931 Main Street
We are looking for energetic, personable customer service representatives to work at Domino’s Pizza. The role involves cashiering, order taking, and front‑of‑house duties. Both part‑time and full‑time schedules are available.
Responsibilities- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to comprehend and give written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide) and ability to provide correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor coordination and quick, accurate hand movements for assembling pizza.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Work Conditions &Physical Requirements
The role requires significant standing, walking, and lifting. Specific physical tasks include:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds for ingredient deliveries (weighted items may be up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft).
- Carrying large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) and pizza sauce (≈30 lb) between stations.
- Moving trays using dollies (push/pull up to 7.5 lb force).
- Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
- Stooping and bending at the pizza assembly station (30–45 seconds per movement, repeated throughout the day).
- Crouching or squatting occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
- Reaching above 72 in. and performing tasks that require frequent forward, upward, and downward motions.
- Hands used continuously for shaping dough, handling pizza peel, and operating cutting tools.
