Position: Physical Therapist

Location: 123 Hawkins Pl Unit K, Boonton, NJ 07005

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually (depending on experience)

• Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops and progresses individualized treatment plans
• Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers, and plans discharge when medical necessity ends
• Participates in departmental initiatives and communicates effectively with rehab team
• Facilitates professional growth, development, and overall improvement of departmental performance
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and discipline‑specific therapy services

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration (required to start)
• Prior outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level/New Grad acceptable
