Electronics Assembler Technician

Job Summary

Leading Electronics Manufacturer is in search of an Electronics Assembler Technician to join their team. This is a contract to hire position that will primarily focus on the assembly of thru‑hole printed circuit boards. Candidates must have a minimum of one year electronic assembly experience and the ability to identify components and color codes, along with excellent soldering skills.

Compensation: $26 per hour plus overtime, first shift 7 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The current duration of this contract is one year, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee.

Contract. Salary range: $25–$26 per hour.

Work hours:

8 AM–4 PM.

• Assembles and/or wires complex equipment following blueprints, models, andoustic printouts—requiring close tolerance adjustment, fitting, and alignment.
• Performs thru‑hole PCB assembly.
• Follows work cell procedures.
• Sets up and operates one or more basic production machines such as component trim machines, amp machines, and riveting machine.
• Is flexible and able to perform many operations on product in and outside of home department.
• Solids to best commercial specifications primarily thru‑hole component.
• Builds harness assemblies.
• Uses work order package and utilizes on‑line bar‑code reporting system for labor and manufacturing quantities.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Works overtime as required.
• Strives to meet prescribed quality standards in an ISO environment.
