We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts. Shift times include 7:00 am‑7:00 pm and 7:00 pm‑7:00 am for full‑time positions.

New nurse graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome. We provide comprehensive training, orientation, and support. Join a fantastic company and a work environment led by an engaged management team.

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care.
• Conduct resident/patient treatments.
• Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Submit pharmacy orders.
• Accurately document and record all information.
• Give injections of medication as prescribed.
• Observe resident health to communicate current condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Perform basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
• Manage IVs and start IV drips.
• Monitor fluid and food intake and output.
• Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
• Assist as directed in the admissions process.
