Controls​/Integrations Programmer

We’re hiring a self-sufficient, solutions-focused programmer to take the lead on control systems integration and development
· from touchscreen interfaces to seamless integrations across lighting, audio, video, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, takes ownership of their work, and wants to build high-impact solutions from the ground up.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have strong experience working with AV integration platforms such as Aurora, AMX, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, and/or similar
• Can figure things out on your own and enjoy solving real-world problems
• Are comfortable being the go-to expert for all things integrations and programming
• Want to work on a variety of hands-on, impactful projects in education and the arts

• Degree in Technical or Engineering Field (
  
  Note:
  
  equivalent experience or certifications will be considered)
• A degree in computer science or similar
• Experience setting up and working with VLAN networks
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (web), SQL (databases), Tensor Flow or PyTorch (Al/ML), C (firmware), or other languages/platforms
• Experience with APls, AV systems, and/or hardware/software integrations
• A passion for tech, learning, and creative environments

We are looking for the best candidate for the role. While we’d prefer someone local to our NJ headquarters, we are open to any qualified providers from around the country. Remote candidates will be expected to travel to projects and our NJ-headquarters semi-regularly.
